Deadlifts
135 lbs x 5, 225 lbs x 5, 275 lbs x 5
325 lbs x 3 x (3 sets)

4 Rounds for Time
400 m run
10 hang power cleans
15 toes to bar
(25 min time cap, DNF - just finished the last 400 m run)

Technically, I shouldn't be working out with bronchitis. I should be in my bed and recovering. Nevertheless, I was itching to workout. My intensity was kept low enough so that I did not require much breathing (or else I would start coughing uncontrollably). The meds haven't kicked in yet, but I'm drinking honey lemon tea right now. While I also took some cough suppressants, I should stop taking those, since it's been over a week now (i.e. more than the 5 day maximum). I definitely have a new appreciation for the ability to breathe, especially during a workout :)
